a beautiful little girl. a tea party with friends. can life get any better?  it's fun to capture all of a child's fun little faces, not just the smiling ones.  i always love seeing their 'silly faces' too! the weather turned very cold and windy, and sweet little morgan wasn't feeling too well. she was such a trooper! but... she was is also three. and when a three year old is done, they are done!     even not feeling well,

i have loved photographing these beautiful sisters, first for sophia's newborn session, and then for my annual halloween costume day! so when their (awesome) mommy asked if i could take some valentine pictures, i had to say yes. i just love getting to see my favorite clients and watch these sweet children grow! sophia & isabella... thanks for getting me in the valentine spirit!

today my baby turns three years old. i don't know where the time has gone, but i sure wish it would slow down. i was setting up for a shoot in the studio when she came in and asked me to take pictures of her like "my babies". so i sat for about 15 minutes and just took pictures of her. smiling, acting silly, talking... just being herself. trying to capture all her little faces

the rottschafer family

three curly-haired cuties. an incredible mommy + daddy. this family has been such an inspiration and encouragement to me. rottschafers...you are awesome (and adorable). the weather report had called for rain during our session. we were all prepared with cute umbrellas + rain boots. of course the sunshine was beautiful and much preferred to rain with three little kiddos. but they were super excited about umbrellas & stomping in puddles.... so why not? side note... getting three little boys
