i first met sweet baby tobin at the birthing center just minutes after he was born. ten days later i went to meet his adorable big sister and capture this new family of four in their beautiful home. there is so much love in this family…  tobin is a lucky little guy.

i had the sweet privilege of meeting this little red-haired beauty in her home. she was quite serious and not totally sure if she wanted to take pictures... but in the end, miss taylor proves that you don't have to be all smiles to take a beautiful portrait.

i had the opportunity to travel down to san diego to meet little lucas. his mommy and i went to school together a long time ago, so it was fun to see her after over a decade and meet her cute family. little lucas wasn't too excited to have his pictures taken, but we still got lots of sweet ones.

i had the sweet opportunity to photograph this lovely family in the park next to their house. it was easy to capture the love they feel for one another. aren't they beautiful?

it is such an honor to be invited into a family's home to photograph precious moments of the everyday. this sweet family just welcomed a beautiful baby girl into the world, and wanted to have a regular evening in their home captured. i love the simple moments... big brother jack peeking into her crib. cleaning endless bottles for two little ones. daddy calling to tell them he's almost home. baths in the sink. soothing a fussy tummy. running

i had the sweet privilege of traveling to zachary's home to meet him. his mommy + daddy gave him an adorable nursery full of chevron & vintage planes- it's always such a treat to get to photograph these babies in the room that was so lovingly prepared for them. this little guy is absolutely precious.. and has eyelashes that will make all the girls swoon. zachary.... you are one sweet little man.

my sweet friend is expecting two little boys in a few months. she's already been on bed rest for awhile, but we couldn't miss out on taking a few portraits to remember this time. i can't imagine how hard bed rest with a little one must be, but she sure makes it look good. logan is two and maybe one of the sweetest little boys i've ever met. i know he's going to be such

there is no better way to spend a morning than with a beautiful new baby and his family in their lovely home. michael has the CUTEST big sister.   miss mackenzie absolutely adores him already. she was also quite the helper for me during the session... such a sweetie!

remember this beautiful family's maternity session? sweet henry arrived just a few weeks later, weighing in at nine pounds six ounces and a whole lot of cuteness. i had the sweet opportunity to peek in on this family in their everyday life as a family of four. little henry... you have no idea how lucky you are to be a part of this incredible family. i have no doubt you will be just as awesome.

i've had the sweet opportunity to spend some time with the blanchette family lately, first for their maternity session, and then for little jack's newborn session. they are an incredible family that inspires and encourages me. ingrid asked me to come over and take some pictures of them at home- just living life with their new little guy. the lighting wasn't always ideal, and the poses weren't perfect..but  this was just them. at home. together. which
